We want to be fair and transparent. If you believe you were charged in error or experience a serious product issue that prevents normal use of NullSeed, contact us and we will review your request.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate due to billing error, duplicate charge, or material service failure.
3. Add-On Purchases
One-time credit or add-on purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical failure.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@nullseed.org or WhatsApp +86 132 4839 9617 with your account email, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Public support details are also available on our contact page.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly before a chargeback is filed.
