2. Service Description

NullSeed is a software service that helps users generate short-form video scripts and related creative outputs. Features, limits, and plans may change over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use a valid email address or authorized social login.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use NullSeed for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the service, infrastructure, or other users.
• You may not use the service to generate content that violates applicable law.

5. Fees and Billing

Paid plans, add-ons, and subscription billing are governed by the plan details shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees for your purchases.

NullSeed sells digital software services only. Customers receive access to hosted product features and account credits online after successful payment.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Intellectual Property

NullSeed and its related branding, software, and website content are owned by NullSeed or its licensors. You retain rights to the content you provide, and you are responsible for your use of generated outputs.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
